My eyelashes were light in color so I decided to try eyelash tinting
For my daughter’s thirteenth birthday I decided that the two of us would go for a beauty makeover. I’m sure there are some things that I could have done on my own at home if I had access to the correct professional beauty supplies. The plan for the day was to have our eyebrows waxed, our eyelashes tinted, our haircut and colored, a manicure, a pedicure and a facial.
The first thing we had done was had our eyebrows waxed. I never realized how hot the wax was when using the hair removal wax. We then did the eyelash tinting. I loved the outcome of my eyelashes, they looked so dark and now there would no longer be a reason for me to use mascara. My daughter already has very dark black eyelashes. The eyelash tinting didn’t really make a difference on her eyelashes. The manicure and pedicure were so divine. They even soaked our arms in what is called a hot wax bath. I have never experienced a hot wax bath before and it was so warm and relaxing. The facial was so soothing and I thought I might fall asleep while they were rubbing my temples. The last beauty treatment for the day was to have our haircut and colored. We decided that for our color we would just go with some light, sunlit, subtle highlights all over the crown of our heads.
This was such a fun day for the two of us to enjoy together. I loved everything that we had done during our day of beauty. I think next time my daughter will skip the eyelash tinting since she already has dark beautiful eyelashes.
